OVER! Uglee Ergonomic Pen Review & Giveaway

Do you ever think about how much you write in a day? Most of my day is centered around writing. I find myself writing quite a bit all day long. From notes to my kids teachers, grocery lists, jotting down reminders, filling out rebates and marking on my calendar, I am always in need of a pen. I used to think that a pen was just a pen. Browsing the pen aisle I would always just grab the cheapest pack and be on my way without giving it a second thought. However, since having the opportunity to review Uglee Pens, I have a whole new outlook on this thinking.

review, ink, arthitis, carpel tunnel

The Uglee Pen is a revolutionary ergonomic pen that is designed, created and used by a real physician. Because the pen has full size grips, which are squishy and feel nice pressing your fingers into,  it is super comfortable to hold and write with. Have you ever used a pen to write with and end up with the pen leaving a painful indent on your finger? I know I have! I have found that no matter how much I write with the Uglee Pen, I have never once had this problem occur. I also suffer from arthritis, and after writing for long periods of time, I get an arthritis flare up in my hands all the way up to my elbows. The grip allows my fingers to comfortably stay in place as I am writing, which in turn, helps keep my arthritis at bay.

Another thing I liked about the Uglee Pen was it wrote on the paper the very first time I used it. I don’t know how many times I’ve bought a pen and had to keep scribbling in circles until I got the ink to flow. It’s very frustrating when you are trying to jot something down real quick only to have the pen not work! The UGLee Pen is mated with the smoothest ink system known, smoother than any roller ball, gel ink, or fountain ink pen so not only does it write properly the first time you use it, it effortlessly glides over paper.

If you suffer from hand cramps, tendonitis, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, or any other issues that leave your hands hurting after writing, or you just write a lot, this is the pen for you! It is also great for children who are learning the basics of gripping a writing tool!

If you would like to learn more about Uglee Pen you can find them on their website, follow them on Twitter, or like them on Facebook.

  1. What a great idea for a pen! I have problems with my hands, especially cramping and soreness, so this sounds like a great pen that would be comfortable enough to use every day :). Great review and giveaway!

  6. that sounds a very healthy pen and the way you describe it, it sounds delicious too lol. Some people now are more on the typing side but there are things that are easier when we do it 'conventional' way like indeed writing grocery list, the kids schedule, etc. I wonder if this pen is available outside US..

    1. We are a bit obsessed with Halloween here, so in my defense, it is the only one we venture out to look for early Halloween decorations on :)

I do wish summer would last forever. I've been trying to convince my hubby we should move to Hawaii so we could have year round summer, but so far, it's a no go :(
